Infertility inability to conceive is not considered a disease, it causes lots of mental & Physical stress. Also affects the social health of that couple.
Evaluation of husband and wife is very important so the couple should visit the doctor and not in a single. The first step is history taking here you will be asked for details regarding age, menstrual history, obstetric history, medical or any surgical history, also male Partner history be induced.
Then basic investigation will be advised including seven analysis transvaginal sonography & blood test CBC, Sugar level, Thyroid profile, infertility profile, HBsAg, HCV, VDRL & if required hormonal test.
Infertility is the inability to conceive after unprotected intercourse.
